Session Details

Each personal training session is structured for 40-60 minutes depending on the chosen plan, client ability and intensity needed for specific goals.  I will guide you through tailored workouts to maximise your progress, which is tracked and analysed to improve and optimise success.

1 session per week (4 sessions) €120 a month
2 sessions per week (8 sessions) €195 a month
3 sessions per week (12 sessions) €240 a month

*Prices are based off an average month consisting of 4 weeks .

Prices change for months with a 5 week training plan - €150/€245/€300

Price applies per person. Payments are made in full at the start of each month when a clear training plan is made. Sessions do not carry on into a new month but may be made up during paid month*
