SG Functional Training

Designed with a functional training foundation - aimed at improving and empowering your day to day movements and functions. Longevity and sustainability is, or should be, a key pillar to any training goal and with SGFT your goals can be achieved while improving & maintaining a high level of functionality. 

What is MetConSG?

A Metabolic Conditioning class created using a variety of movements and exercises at a high level of intensity - based on time / High Intensity Interval Training methods.  Target the efficiency and capacity of the body's energy systems, improving cardio endurance, stamina and metabolic fitness using weightlifting techniques and cardio exercises.
